Exchanges are accepted within 5 business days. Shipment charges will be made on all exchanges by the customers. PLEASE NOTE: exchanges can only be accepted by telephone confirmation. Because of hygienic purposes, exchanges are not accepted for brushed, comb, washed, color or texture dissatisfaction only for items which are UNOPENED AND UNUSED; all exchanges must be returned in the original package.

• Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value

• No refunds will be permitted

• Shipping/handling and insurance fees are the customer’s expense

Couture Hair Shop will not ship to P. O Boxes. All orders will come with a tracking number. We will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment.
Shipping

All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS postal with a tracking number. We will provide you with a link to track your package on the website. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

Couture Hair Shop aims to provide you with prompt delivery service. Orders are processed and posted daily. Your order’s tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. If the items you wish to purchase are out of stock, you will be notified immediately with the new estimated delivery date. Orders placed during national holidays may arrive 1-2 delivery days later than normal. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will Ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.
